【摘要】:ThispartofISO14531providesguidanceforthedesign,construction,installationandon-sitetestingofPE-Xpipelinesystems.Thestandarddealswithtrenchlessandopen-trenchinstallationmethods.ThispartofISO14531,whenusedinconjunctionwiththeotherpartsofISO14531,providesthebasisforthedesign,manufactureandinstallationofPE-Xpipingsystems(PE-Xpipes,andPE-XandPEheat-fusionfittingsandmechanicalfittings)forthesupplyofcategoryDandcategoryEhydrocarbon-basedfuels(seeISO13623)ata)maximumoperatingpressures(MOPs)uptoandincluding16bar1>andb)amaximumoperatingtemperatureof+60°Candc)aminimumoperatingtemperatureof1)-50°C2)-35°C3)-20°C.ThispartofISO14531providesforthejointingandinstallationofPE-XandPEheat-fusionfittingsandmechanicalfittingstoPE-Xpipeswithinthetemperaturerange-5°Cto+40°C.Thejointingofpipesandfittingsoutsidethestatedtemperaturerangeshouldbethesubjectofconsultationbetweenthepipelineoperatorandthepipe,fittingandequipmentmanufacturers.UsersofthispartofISO14531shouldbeawarethatusefulsupplementaryinformationisgiveninthestandardslistedinthebibliography.
