【摘要】:ThispartofISO10816givesguidelinesforapplyingbearinghousingvibrationevaluationcriteriameasuredundernormaloperatingconditionsatthebearings,bearingpedestalsorbearinghousingsofthemainmachinesetsinhydraulicpowergeneratingandpumpingplants.Theseguidelinesarepresentedintermsofbothsteady-staterunningvibrationandanyamplitudechangeswhichmayoccurinthesesteadyvalues.Thenumericalvaluesspecifiedarenotintendedtoserveastheonlybasisforvibrationevaluation,since,ingeneral,thevibratoryconditionofamachineisassessedbyconsiderationofboththebearinghousingvibrationandtheassociatedshaftvibration(seeintroductionofISO10816-1andISO7919-1).ThispartofISO10816isapplicabletomachinesetsinhydraulicpowergeneratingandpumpingplantswherethehydraulicmachineshavespeedsfrom60r/minto1800r/min,shellorshoetypesleevebearingsandamainenginepowerof1MWandmore.Thepositionoftheshaftlinemaybevertical,horizontaloratanarbitraryanglebetweenthesetwodirections.MachinesetscoveredbythispartofISO10816maybecombinedfrom—hydraulicturbinesandgenerators,—pumpsandelectricalmachinesoperatingasmotors,or—pump-turbinesandmotor-generators.Auxiliaryequipment(e.g.startingturbinesorexciterslyingintheshaftline)isincluded.Evaluationcriteriaareatpresentonlygivenforthemainbearingsofthemachineset.ThispartofISO10816isapplicablealsotosingleturbinesorpumpsconnectedtogeneratorsorelectricalmotorsovergearsor/andradiallyflexiblecouplings.However,electricalmachinesofthistypeshouldinprincipalbeevaluatedaccordingtothecriteriaspecifiedinISO10816-3.ThispartofISO10816isnotapplicabletothefollowing:—pumpsinthermalpowerplantsorindustrialinstallations(forthesemachines,seeISO10816-3);—hydraulicmachinesormachinesetshavingrollingelementbearings.Consistentwithclause1ofISO10816-1:1995,bearinghousingvibrationofmachinesetsinhydraulicpowergeneratingandpumpingplantsmaybedeterminedwithregardtofollowingtasks:—taskA:monitoringchangesinvibrationalbehaviour;—taskB:preventionofexcessivekineticload.Thecriteriaareapplicablemainlyforthevibrationproducedbythemachinesetitself.Specialconsiderationsshouldbemadewhennecessaryforvibrationtransmittedtothemachinesetfromexternalsources.
