【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesthecharacteristicsofrigidsinglerowballbearingsinsteel,cadmiumplated,ofdiameterseries0and2designedtowithstandonlyslowrotationsandoscillationsunderload.Theyareintendedforusebetweenfixedandmovingpartsoftheaircraftstructureandtheircontrolmechanisms,inparticularthemountingofmorethanonebearingonthesameshaftaxis,whichmayrequirereducedclearancesandrunouts(axialandradial).Theairframerollingbearingsdefinedinthisstandardareusedfrom-54℃to+150℃.However,beinglubricatedwiththefollowinggreases:-veryhighpressuregrease,estertype(codeA),operationalrange-73℃to+121℃or-veryhighpressuregrease,synthetichydrocarbons,generalpurpose(codeB),operationalrange-54℃to+177℃(seeEN3280),theirfieldofapplicationwhenlubricatedwithcodeAgreaseislimitedto+121℃.note:1)Fornewdesign,usepreferablybearingsincorrosionresistingsteel,seeEN3047.2)SeeISO15.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61241isconcernedwiththeclassificationofareaswhereexplosivedust/airmixturesandcombustibledustlayersarepresent,inordertopermittheproperselectionofequipmentforuseinsuchareas.Inthisstandard,explosivedustatmospheresandcombustibledustlayersaretreatedseparately.InClause4,areaclassificationforexplosivedustscloudsisdescribed,withdustlayersactingasoneofthepossiblesourcesofrelease.InClause7,thehazardofdustlayerignitionisdescribed.Thisstandardassumeseffectivehousekeepingbasedonasystemofcleaningfortheplant.Theprinciplesofthestandardcanalsobefollowedwhencombustiblefibresorflyingsmaycauseahazard.Thisstandardisintendedtobeappliedwheretherecanbeariskduetothepresenceofexplosivedust/airmixturesorcombustibledustlayersundernormalatmosphericconditions.Itdoesnotapplyto-undergroundminingareas,-areaswhereariskcanariseduetothepresenceofhybridmixtures,-dustsofexplosivesthatdonotrequireatmosphericoxygenforcombustion,ortopyrophoricsubstances;-catastrophicfailureswhicharebeyondtheconceptofabnormalitydealtwithinthisstandard(seeNote1),-anyriskarisingfromanemissionofflammableortoxicgasfromthedust.Thisstandarddoesnottakeintoaccounttheeffectsofconsequentialdamagefollowingafireoranexplosion.NOTE1Catastrophicfailureinthiscontextisapplied,forexample,totheruptureofastoragesiloorapneumaticconveyor.NOTE2Inanyprocessplant,irrespectiveofsize,therecanbenumeroussourcesofignitionapartfromthoseassociatedwithequipment.Appropriateprecautionswillbenecessarytoensuresafetyinthiscontext,buttheseareoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.
