【摘要】:Thepurposeofthispracticeistoprovidetheminimumrequirementsnecessaryfortheestablishmentofawrittenqualityassuranceprogramforalightsportaircraftmanufacturer,orcomponentsupplier.Iffinalassemblyiscompletedoutsideofthemainproductionfacility,themanufacturershallspecifytherequiredproceduresandwhatpersonsareauthorizedtoperformthem.1.1Thispracticecoversminimumrequirementsforaqualityassuranceprogramforweight-shift-controlaircraft.1.2Thispracticeappliestoweight-shift-controlaircraftseekingcivilaviationauthorityapproval,intheformofflightcertificates,flightpermits,orotherlikedocumentation.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
