【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsformaterial,design,manufacturing,testinganddocumentationforstationarypipingintendedforuseinrefrigeratingsystems,heatpumpsandsecondarycoolingandheatingsystems.TheserefrigeratingsystemsandheatpumpsystemsarereferencedinthisstandardasrefrigeratingsystemsasdefinedinEN378-1.1.2ThisEuropeanStandardappliestopipingincludingweldedorbrazedattachmentsuptoandincludingtheflanges,screwed,weldedorbrazedconnectorsortotheedgetobeweldedorbrazedatthefirstcircumferentialjointconnectingpipingorotherelements.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardappliestotheselection,applicationandinstallationofsafetyaccessoriesintendedtoprotectthepipingduringthevariousphasesoftherefrigerationcycle.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothefollowingpiping:?heatexchangerconsistingofpipingforthepurposeofcoolingorheatingairwherepipingaspectsarepredominant;?pipingincorporatedintoanassembly(e.g.selfcontainedsystem,condensingunit);?fielderectedpiping.1.5ThisEuropeanStandardappliestopipingwithaninternalpressuredownto–1bar,toaccountfortheevacuationofthepipingpriortochargingwithrefrigerant.1.6ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoboththemechanicalloadingconditionsandthermalconditionsasdefinedinEN13480-3associatedwithrefrigeratingsystems.ItappliestopipingsubjecttothemaximumallowabletemperaturesforwhichnominaldesignstressesformaterialsarederivedusingEN14276-1orasspecifiedinthisEuropeanStandard.Inadditionpipingdesignedtothisstandardneedstohaveamaximumdesigntemperaturenotexceeding200°Candamaximumdesignpressurenotexceeding64bar.Outsideoftheselimits,EN13480shouldbeusedforthedesignconstructionandinspectionofthepiping.Underthesecircumstancestheuniquenatureofarefrigeratingplant,asindicatedintheintroductionofEN14276-1,needsalsotobetakenintoaccount.1.7ThisEuropeanStandardappliestopipingwherethemainpressurebearingpartsaremanufacturedfrommetallicductilematerialsasdefinedinClause4andinEN14276-1.

Scope:This specification covers a corrosion-resistant steel in the form of seamless tubing.This tubing has been used typically for parts, such as fluid-conducting lines, not subjected to high pressure and requiring good corrosion resistance, but usage is not limited to such applications. Welding, brazing, or other exposure to temperatures over 800 °F (427 °C) during fabrication may impair corrosion resistance.
